Information Hub
The school works on a 11-month payment basis, payable monthly in advance, on or before the 1st of each month.
If the account is still not settled in full by the 5th of every month your child will be denied entry to the school until the account is settled.
In the case of divorced parents, both parents will be held liable to pay fees or make payment arrangements.
No reduction of fees will be given for illness, holiday, or any reason of absence, nor if you have more than one child at the school.
The application form must be completed, signed and all relevant documents attached, and yearly registration fee paid before any child will be enrolled.
If there are any fees outstanding by 30 November, no progress reports will be given to parents until the account has been settled.
Children whose accounts are still outstanding by the 30th of November each year will automatically lose their place at the school for the following year and you will still be held responsible for the outstanding amount.
January fees and registration are to be paid on or before the 2nd of January or it will be assumed that your child will not be attending our school in the New Year and his/her place will be filled.
Two calendar months' written notice is required before a child is removed from Brookside Preschool. If you take your child out before the time, you are still liable for two month’s school fees.
The school must be informed of any of the following matters:
i. Any changes in your address, telephone numbers or attending physician.
ii. Any circumstances at home or school that may affect your child’s behavior.
iii. Absence from school for whatever reason.
If your child visits a therapist, psychologist or any other professional, the school requires a copy of the report.
No toys or sweets are allowed to be brought to school. If they are brought to school, they will be placed out of reach of any children and if left at school they will become the property of the school.
At Brookside Preschool, we believe uniforms contribute to a positive learning environment by fostering community, enhancing safety, and reducing distractions. They help children build independence and organization, promote equality, and simplify morning routines. Uniforms also encourage positive behavior and support participation in physical activities.
